The LeadForce360 On-Demand feature gives you control over when and how you want to receive leads. Instead of waiting for scheduled calls, you can instantly activate lead generation when you’re ready, allowing our team to make calls and provide live transfers immediately. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use this powerful tool:

1. Activating LeadForce360 On-Demand

  • Turn On On-Demand Mode: When you’re ready to receive leads, simply go into the app and click the button to turn on On-Demand mode. This notifies the LeadForce360 team to start calling prospects on your behalf right away.

    With On-Demand, you control the timing. This feature is ideal if you're available and want leads coming in without delay.

2. Receiving Live Transfers with On-Demand

  • Real-Time Calls: Once On-Demand is activated, our team will pivot to start calling your target prospects, such as property managers, real estate agents, or brokers, and send live transfers your way as soon as they’re ready. You can expect multiple meetings or leads for every live transfer.

    Calls are made at a rate of 160-250 calls per hour, and the process continues until you hit the lead cap or stop the On-Demand mode.

3. How to Maximize On-Demand Mode

  • Scheduled Time Blocks: It’s best to schedule 30 minutes to an hour when you can fully focus on leads coming through. When you turn on On-Demand, your team will make as many calls as possible in that time, increasing your chances of getting meetings or live transfers quickly.

    • Example: Block off a specific time, turn on On-Demand, and leads will be generated instantly during that window.

4. Recommended Strategy

  • Respond Immediately: As soon as you receive a lead alert, introduce yourself and engage with the lead. This strategy builds rapport early, making it more likely the lead will attend the meeting or answer future calls.

  • Introduction Script: When the alert comes in, say something like, "Hi, this is [Your Name] from [Your Agency]. I saw we have a meeting scheduled in a couple of days to discuss your insurance needs. Could you please send me a copy of your declarations page to get started?"

5. Ending On-Demand Mode

  • Turning It Off: Once you receive a live transfer, On-Demand mode will automatically end. You can always go back on On-Demand mode if needed, but it’s best to focus on interacting with the transferred lead to maximize success.

  • Immediate Follow-Up: When a lead alert arrives, call right away. Early contact helps establish trust and ensures a more productive meeting.

  • Use Focused Time Blocks: Plan your On-Demand sessions when you can fully commit to handling live transfers and meetings.
