The Autopilot feature in the Leadforce app allows you to automate the calling process without the need to log in manually or monitor lead generation constantly. Here's a guide on how to set up and customize Autopilot for your lead strategy:
1. Enabling Autopilot Mode
Turn On Autopilot: Navigate to the Autopilot section on the left side of the app. Once you're there, you can toggle the Autopilot mode to "on." This setting allows our team to make calls for you automatically throughout the day if you have available credits and haven't hit your lead caps.
2. Live Transfers
Live Transfer Settings: You can choose whether to enable live transfers while Autopilot is running. Some users prefer to leave this off if they're unsure about availability, while others opt to keep it on to take live transfers as they come. If you think you'll be available to take calls, it's recommended to enable this option.
3. Managing Lead Caps
Lead Cap Settings: Autopilot allows you to set daily, weekly, and monthly lead caps to manage how many leads you receive.
Daily Cap: Limits the number of leads you receive each day.
Weekly Cap: Caps the total number of leads received each week.
Monthly Cap: Limits the total number of leads over the entire month.
By adjusting these settings, you can create different lead generation strategies:
For example, if you want to receive all your leads on Monday, set your daily and weekly caps to the same number. If your daily cap is 5 and your weekly cap is also 5, Autopilot will try to get you 5 leads every Monday.
If you prefer to spread out your leads across the week or month, set lower daily caps and adjust your weekly and monthly caps accordingly.
4. Customizing Lead Strategy
Maximize Lead Flow: If you want to receive leads as quickly as possible, set your daily and weekly caps to match your monthly cap. For instance, if your monthly cap is 20, you can set your daily and weekly caps high, ensuring that you get all 20 leads as soon as possible.
Spread Out Leads: Some users prefer to receive leads gradually. For example, you could set a daily cap of 1-2 leads, a weekly cap of 7-10, and a monthly cap of 20. This way, leads are distributed over time rather than all at once.
5. Pausing Autopilot
Vacation Mode: If you're going on vacation or otherwise unavailable, you can pause Autopilot to stop receiving leads temporarily. Just click the pause button to avoid new leads while you're away. Don't forget to turn it back on when you're ready to resume receiving leads!
6. Upcoming Features
Custom Call Days: Soon, you'll be able to control the specific days and times you want calls to be made. For example, you could restrict calls to Thursdays or block off days where you're unavailable, like Wednesdays for networking events.
