The lead routing page allows you to control where lead notifications are sent and who is assigned to handle the leads. This process helps ensure that leads are directed to the appropriate team members, making lead management smooth and efficient. Here's a quick guide to using the page.

1. Lead Assignment Rotation

  • Select Agencies/Agents: Choose the agencies or agents who will receive the leads and manage them. Simply add them to the rotation list.

  • Live Transfer Number: If the agent or agency has a live transfer number, input that here. This allows your team to call them directly for live transfers when a lead is ready for immediate action.

2. Global Notifications

  • Notify Key Team Members: You can add people who need to receive notifications for every lead. This ensures that specific team members or stakeholders stay informed about every new lead that comes in. For example, if you're managing leads for the Chris Walker agency, select the agents who should receive these alerts.

3. Webhooks

  • Integrating with Other Systems: If you want to push lead alerts to other platforms, such as your agency’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or communication tools (e.g., Zoom or Slack), you can use webhooks. This integration is easily managed through services like Zapier, allowing you to connect your lead alerts to external systems.

Summary

  • Assign leads to specific agents/agencies.

  • Input live transfer numbers for immediate lead transfers.

  • Add global notifications for key members to get alerts on every lead.

  • Use webhooks for system integrations.
